About Safer USA

The Howell Shooting Club and SAFER USA are family oriented organizations. We are also committed to bringing non-traditional shooters into the shooting sports: women, minorities and youth are encouraged to participate.

We particularly encourage anyone to take our courses who would like to become a volunteer instructor. We have ample opportunity to assist in teaching NRA basic courses, youth programs, women’s programming and other specialized programs. Partial scholarships are available for those in need of financial aid and committed to helping instruct in our programs.
