FAQ
- Q: What payment methods are available?
A: We accept cash, check, American Express, MasterCard and VISA. A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at registration.
- Q: Can I bring my firearm to class?
A: We prefer that you use the supplied firearms for the classes that do not require you to bring your personal firearm, but if you really want to use your personal firearm we require that it pass a safety inspection.
Pistol class: If you bring a pistol that is other than a .22 rimfire you must also provide a minimum 100 - 150 rounds of ammunition.
Rifle class: If you bring a rifle it must be a .22 rimfire.
Shotgun class: If your shotgun is other than a 20 gauge you must also provide a minimum 100 - 150 rounds of ammunition which is limited to target loads with #7½ or #8 shot.
- Q: How safe is it?
A: When all safety rules are followed properly, shooting is one of the safest sports a person can participate in. Shooting is consistently listed as its safest sport by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). All students are supervised the entire time they are on the range by a team of NRA Instructors and range safety officers.
